每盒咭片約100張或以咭片位數合版之印刷品，數量會有±5%之差，在95~105張之間屬正常，客戶恕不得以此為退貨理由.
為方便各客戶解決不知如何做稿問題, 我司推出多款咭片樣板給客戶選擇, 且稿費更優惠
咭片尺寸在 54x180mm 或 108x90mm之間可當2款咭片收費計，摺咭需另加壓線費用
除打孔, 壓線加工需加1工作天外, 其他加工需加2-3個工作天
貨款HK$500以下需先付全款, 貨款HK$500以上需先付50%訂金
由於印刷方式不同及各種客觀條件因素影響, 生產時可能會出現5-10%的顏色偏差屬於正常情況, 如客戶需要特別跟色，請落單前

我們亦非常歡迎客戶使用本公司之設計做稿服務, 歡迎隨時向本公司客戶服務員查詢. 除正式設計做稿服務外, 我們亦提供簡易稿件處理服務, 如加出血及角線, 制作凈色塊, 修改比例, 畫刀線圖, 咭片更改人名等
所有送貨會比正常貨期多一天工作天.（詳細可查詢取貨及送貨安排）
標準印刷稿件格式：
a、文件格式應該使用制作矢量文件的排版軟件, 如AI, cdr等, 建議文字線”Outline”才能避免漏印及缺字情況
b、photoshop 只是修圖軟件, 並非排版軟件, 如必須使用圖片格式直接印刷, 請確保圖片做原大（1:1）size及文件有300dpi, 但個別幼細文字效果 有機會降底印刷質量
c、如使用pdf 格式文件, 亦應該在生成pdf 格前需符合印刷標準
d、顏色請用CMYK模式
e、印刷文件格式可支援 Mac & PC 文字(使用coral draw 時請留意個別字款轉線後出現有漏洞現象)
f、來稿必須做3mm出血位及角線（何為出血位及角線？） 文字內容需離邊最少3mm,避免在切裁時被裁走.（裁走圖或字）如:單張出血216x303mm（成品尺寸210x297mm), 但如閣下提供文件最終未有加上出血, 必要時本公司可按實際情況建議客人是否決定可以縮細成品尺寸生產.

因為咭片的製成品尺寸不大但設計人员好多畤在鼋脑顯示器睇稿一般會把內容放大，所以在實際印刷畤會覺得部分文字太细，這些都是好容易被忽视的問题。
