Invoice book are generally made from 52gsm NCR paper, offering options for 2 to 4 copies, making them suitable for various purposes such as receipts and delivery notes. The color of each sheet can be customized, and specialty printing is used to enhance document recognition and professionalism. Custom numbering colors and stitching positions can also be specified. Binding options include glue pads or stitched pads, with the possibility of choosing one pad per set, each booklet containing a specific number of sets. When placing an order, it is essential to confirm the number of copies, the order of paper colors, printing colors, and binding methods, and to communicate processing details and delivery times with the supplier. Additionally, if computer printing is required, it is advisable to understand the applicable computer forms to ensure ease of use.

Printing color
Standard: Monochrome (one of CMYK) / Any ordinary spot color requires an additional HK$120.00 per color (Special spot colors such as fluorescent, gold, and silver are subject to separate discussion)

2 forms: Front – White / Back – Pink
3 forms: Front – White / Middle – Yellow / Back – Pink
4 forms: Front – White / Middle – Yellow / Middle – Blue / Back – Pink
Change paper color

NCR paper to Woodfree paper
* The texture of NCR paper is thinner than that of woodfree paper, and its tensile strength is weaker than that of double-coated paper. Generally, for color single-sheet printing, colorful logos and light-colored backgrounds are mostly used (the 100% solid area cannot exceed the bottom. If it needs to exceed the bottom, remember to keep the screen below 50%).
* The normal quantity of NCR paper is 50 SETs per book. Customers can change it to 25 sets or 100 sets per book. The price is +$20 for every 1,000 sets (the minimum charge is $50). Note: For more than 2 copies, it must be calculated as double the number of books.
Other details
* The price for single copy and 2 copies is the same.
* Special stitching: Special position (except for half an inch), the first one costs +$100, and each additional stitching costs +$50 (Delivery time extended by 1 working day).
* The default number color is red. If you want black, an additional +$70.00 to the total amount. An additional set of red costs +$60.00 to the total amount, and an additional set of black costs +$70.00 to the total amount.
* File holes (2), $1 per book (minimum charge is $30)
