80gsm Woodfree Paper

The standard price of this product is for the entire book saddle-stitched in single black. If perfect binding or other types of processing are required, the price needs to be quoted separately.

Due to different printing methods and various objective factors, a color deviation of 5-10% during production is considered normal. If customers require specific color matching, please raise it with our customer service staff before placing the order so that our company can handle it further.
Because the paper may curl when laminated if it is too thin, it is recommended not to use double-coated paper below 128gsm or above 157gsm for lamination.
Due to the different characteristics of individual papers, such as woodfree paper, kraft paper, novel paper, newsprint or various kinds of specialty papers. Due to reasons such as the characteristics of ink presentation or the original color of the paper not being pure white, in normal printing under general circumstances, there will be obvious color differences. If you have special requirements for the color, please raise it with our customer service staff before placing the order for special arrangement and handling.

In addition to formal design services, we also provide simple artwork handling services, such as adding bleed and crop marks, creating solid color blocks, adjusting proportions, preparing die-cut lines, and changing names on business cards.
All delivery times will require one additional working day compared to the normal delivery period (for details, please inquire about pickup and delivery arrangements).
Standard Printing File Format:
a. Files should be created using layout software for vector files, such as AI or CDR. It is recommended to convert text to outlines to avoid missing or incomplete printing.
b. Photoshop is primarily an image editing software, not a typesetting software. If images must be printed directly, please ensure they are at actual size (1:1) and the file has 300 DPI. However, for individual fine text effects, there is a chance that the printing quality may be reduced.
c. For PDF format files, please ensure they meet printing standards before generating the PDF.
d. Colors should be in CMYK mode.
e. The printing file format can support Mac & PC text. (When using Coral Draw, please pay attention to the phenomenon of loopholes after converting individual fonts to lines.)
f. Submissions must include a 3mm bleed and crop marks. (What are bleed and crop marks?) Text content should be at least 3mm away from the edge to avoid being cut off during trimming (e.g., a bleed size of 216x303mm for a finished size of 210x297mm). If you provide a file without bleed, our company may advise whether to reduce the final product size based on the actual situation.

Due to the possibility of detailed layouts and a high page count in manuals, ensure full page opening and correct page number alignment. For saddle-stitched manuals with many pages, pay attention to the edge distance of the finished product.
