Saddle-stitched booklets are a type of booklet that is bound using metal staples, typically securing two to three staples along the spine. This binding method is simple to produce and cost-effective, making it suitable for printed materials with fewer pages, such as brochures, booklets, and journals. The cover and inner pages can be customized with different types of paper according to requirements, and various finishing options such as gloss or matte lamination can be applied.

This unit price is calculated for each file. You can choose lamination for the cover and back cover or lamination for the entire book (The lamination fee is calculated based on A4 at $2.00 per side)
For the cover and back cover, changing to 260GSM+$1.40, changing to 300GSM + $3.50
If the provided file does not indicate the page numbers, a clear typesetting instruction must be provided. If not, our company will typeset in the order from left to right and top to bottom of the out-put file provided by you.
For customers providing AI or PDF files, please format them in single-page layout (excluding the cover and back). If there are personnel with professional knowledge in saddle-stitch binding, they may format the pages using imposition (e.g., 1 to 16, 2 to 15). If no professional handling is available, we recommend using the single-page format.
Due to the structure of saddle-stitched books, a portion of the inner pages will be trimmed at the spine. This can significantly affect the number of pages, so it is advisable to leave space at the spine area.
