PANTONE Color Card

The above quotations exclude PANTONE colors such as gold, silver, fluorescent colors, and metallic colors. Other spot colors are not limited.

The above prices are for simple text, logos (no color registration), and color blocks (5mm x 90mm). Each PANTONE color occupying 1/3 of the area incurs an additional HK$35.00 per side. If the area exceeds 1/3, a separate quote is needed. Minimum order quantity: 500PCS.

Except for Punching and Creasing, which require an additional 1 working day for processing, other processing requires an additional 2 – 3 working days.

Business card sizes of 54x180mm or 108x90mm are charged as two types of cards.Folded cards have an additional scoring fee. Paper replacement charge is for standard paper only.

Minimum quantity is 500pcs. Otherwise, a special paper delivery fee of HK$30.00 is charged.

All prices are based on the standard size (90x54mm). Non-standard sizes have an additional CUT charge of $10/100pcs. The minimum side length is 40mm; for less than 40mm, the price is negotiable.

For papers such as Linen, Coarse Linen, Book Cover Linen and Striped Card Paper, etc., Since they only have a single-sided pattern or a deeper pattern on the front side, please specify the front and back of the document when placing an order to avoid printing errors.

When coloring textured paper, there may be slight differences. Customers should pay extra attention when preparing the artwork.

Striped card stock can have vertical or horizontal stripes (usually horizontal). The printing direction of the stripes cannot be specified and will be determined by our company. Customers are not allowed to return the goods due to the difference in texture and design direction.

Each box of business cards contains approximately 100 cards or printed products based on card quantities. A variance of ±5% is acceptable, so quantities between 95~105 cards are considered normal. Customers cannot use this as a reason for return.

To help customers solve the problem of not knowing how to prepare drafts, our company offers multiple business card templates for selection, with more favorable draft fees.

Full payment is required for payments below HK$500, and a 50% deposit for payments above HK$500.

Due to different printing methods and various objective factors, a color deviation of 5-10% during production is considered normal. If customers require specific color matching, please consult our customer service representatives before placing an order so that we can address your needs accordingly.

We also warmly welcome customers to use our company’s design service. Please feel free to inquire with our company’s customer service staff at any time. In addition to formal design services, we also provide simple draft processing services, such as adding bleed and crop marks, creating solid color blocks, modifying proportions, drawing die-cutting lines, changing names on business cards, etc.

All deliveries will take one more working day than the normal delivery period. (For details, please inquire about pick-up and delivery arrangements.)

Standard Printing File Format:
a. The file format should be created using vector layout software, such as AI or CDR. It is recommended to convert text to outlines to avoid missing prints or missing characters.
b. Photoshop is only an image editing software and not a layout software. If images must be printed directly, please ensure the images are at actual size (1:1) and the file is 300 dpi; however, fine text may reduce print quality.
c. If using PDF format, the file should meet printing standards before generating the PDF.
d. Colors should be in CMYK mode.
e. The printing file format must support both Mac and PC fonts (when using Corel Draw, be aware of potential gaps that may appear after converting certain fonts).
f. Submitted artwork must include a 3mm bleed and corner lines, with text content at least 3mm away from the edges to avoid being cut off during trimming (images or text may be cut off). For example, a single card bleed should be 216x303mm (final product size 210x297mm). If you provide a file that does not include bleed, our company may advise customers on whether to reduce the final product size based on actual circumstances.
