Suitable for different venues and exhibition spaces, it is commonly used for mall promotions, store partitions, and backdrops. Ideal for narrow spaces or general use, but if exposed to wind or potential contact by passersby, it is recommended to place it against a wall or secure it with appropriate stabilizing objects like sandbags (professional installation included).

Due to structural issues, the product is designed to be placed against a wall or secured with stable objects (e.g., sandbags or ropes) to prevent accidents. Basic installation is included. If additional products are to be installed or delivered together, the price will be negotiated separately.
Installation hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
An additional fee of $500 will be charged for overtime or specific time requests on the same day.

# Due to the differences in printing principles and color gamuts, spray printing colors cannot be directly standardized to offset printing colors and can only serve as a reference. Various objective factors may cause a 5-10% color deviation during production, which is considered normal. If customers require specific color matching, please inform our customer service staff before placing an order so we can make further arrangements.
# If customers use spot colors (Pantone) or materials with different properties, such as plastics, stickers, transparent materials, canvas, silk-like fabrics, and other specialty materials, the texture and ink reaction will vary, resulting in significant differences in color reproduction. If you have specific color requirements, please discuss them with our customer service staff before placing an order for special arrangements.
# The colors displayed on screens (RGB) should not be relied upon; standard CMYK color charts should be used as a reference.
# Due to the principles and characteristics of spray printing, it is recommended that customers use pure black (with CMYK values of 100% each) in their submitted files to avoid unforeseen color deviations.
# The color mode should be set to “CMYK,” and the document size should be at actual size (1:1) with a resolution of 100-150 dpi. Generally, no bleed is required.
# Please save the files directly as TIF, JPG, or EPS. Providing other formats may affect delivery time and incur additional costs.
# If providing vector files (ai, cdr) or bitmap files (jpg/tif), please convert text to outlines. Additional processing may be required (such as resizing or cropping), and for materials priced below HK$50/pcs, an extra HK$20/pcs handling fee will apply for each additional file. The production timeline will start only after confirming the artwork.
# If using PDF format, it should meet printing standards before generation.
# File formats are compatible with Mac & Windows, but Windows versions are recommended.
# Customers may deliver files via CD or email (if files are smaller than 5MB). For larger files, please use FTP. Note that uploading may be affected by company firewalls; try opening port 21. For large files, compress them (PC: Zip or RAR, Mac: sit) before submission.
# If you need to retain the files you provided, please inform our order processing staff; otherwise, we typically do not keep them.
# Submitted files must meet standard spray printing format requirements. If you are unfamiliar with this process, it is advisable to have a professional handle it or use our design services.
# Individual processing may affect the content of the image (e.g., drilling holes may intrude about 1 inch into the image). Please be mindful of this when designing the artwork.
- If acceptance and payment of the remaining balance cannot be arranged immediately after installation, our company will charge an additional administrative fee.
- All installation information shall be based on the contents of the “ Site Inspection Report ” , If the client does not require our company to provide the “ Site Inspection ” service, the client must provide a detailed and accurate “ Site Inspection Repor ” for submission. The engineering personnel can only arrange quotations and follow-ups after receiving the complete report
- All installation costs are quoted based on the information contained in the “ Site Inspection Report ” , If there are changes or discrepancies in the report that prevent the normal completion of the project, the client must bear the additional costs, and our company also reserves the right to charge extra installation fees.
- If it is found that goods require manual handling ( such as being unable to use a trolley and needing to be carried up stairs ) such as being unable to use a trolley and needing to be carried up stairs , our company will charge an additional delivery fee.
- If there are other reasons causing a delay in starting or leaving the site ( i.e., requiring waiting ) , our company reserves the right to charge additional waiting fees.(The first 15minutes of waiting are free; thereafter, the charge is $100 for every 15 minutes, with any time less than 15 minutes rounded up to 15 minutes, and fees collected immediately.
- If unforeseen safety factors or property loss occur at the construction site, preventing the work from proceeding as planned on the day of the quotation, our company will need to renegotiate the installation schedule or costs.
- If the client incurs losses due to the following circumstances, our company will not be responsible for additional costs:
* Client-provided information affecting the project includes : dimensions, locations, surface treatment of the locations, materials, installation time, and installation methods.
* Unforeseeable impacts include : typhoons, heavy rain warnings, thunderstorm warnings, and special rain conditions during outdoor installations.
