Delivery Arrangements

• Standard delivery hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (lunch break 13:00 – 14:00). For special time slots, notify us when placing orders to confirm arrangements and potential surcharges.

• Delays due to adverse conditions: Deliveries may be postponed during Black Rainstorm Warnings, Typhoon Signal No. 8, road disruptions, or force majeure events. Alternative arrangements will be made based on traffic conditions.

• Failed deliveries: If no one is available to receive goods during standard hours, redelivery and associated costs will be borne by the client.

• Default service: Deliveries are made to one location per order unless otherwise specified.

• Standard charges apply to commercial/industrial and non-remote areas. Surcharges may apply for deliveries outside these zones.

• Special locations (e.g., government offices, hospitals, universities, airports, restricted areas, container terminals): Notify our customer service team during ordering for tailored logistics. Note: We generally do not provide access to construction sites.

• Package inspection: Report visible packaging issues to the delivery personnel immediately. For other concerns, contact our customer service team.

• Additional services (warehousing, loading, stair access): Inform our team during ordering for custom quotations.
