Return and Exchange Policy

General Terms:

1. Inspection upon collection: Customers must verify product quantity and quality at the time of receipt. Claims regarding defects raised post-collection will not be accepted.
2. Exchange limitations: Exchanges or replacements are restricted to identical products. Changes to design, specifications, or dimensions are not permitted.
3. Uncollected goods: Items not collected within 30 days of the scheduled pickup date will be disposed of. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, and outstanding balances will be pursued.
4. Colour management: All printed materials adhere to our colour standards. Do not rely on screen or paper proofs. Artwork submitted in RGB or spot colours will be converted to CMYK without notice. Colour variations within 5-10% for spot colour printing are deemed acceptable. Clients requiring precise colour matching must notify us prior to order confirmation.
5. Artwork discrepancies: We are not liable for deviations caused by inconsistent file dimensions, insufficient bleed areas, low-resolution images, missing fonts, or other design inaccuracies in client-submitted artwork.
6. Barcode/QR code reliability: We do not guarantee the functionality of barcodes, QR codes, or machine-readable patterns provided in client artwork.
7. Tolerable colour variations: Minor colour deviations inherent to the printing process are not grounds for reprints, discounts, or refunds.
8. File retention: Client-provided files are stored for 30 days only. We assume no liability for loss or corruption of files.
9. Proof approval deadline: Unapproved proofs exceeding 3 months from submission date will result in order cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.
10. Intellectual property compliance: Clients warrant that submitted materials do not infringe any third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.) and have obtained all necessary licences. We reserve the right to request proof of authorisation.
11. Prohibited content: Clients are solely liable for content violating laws (defamation, privacy breaches, counterfeiting, obscenity, etc.). We reserve the right to reject such orders and disclaim all related liabilities.
12. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify us against all losses (including legal fees) arising from breaches of clauses 10 or 11.

Return Conditions:

1. Defective returns: Returns for defects must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be intact (quantity, packaging, accessories) as per original order.
2. Return logistics: Clients are responsible for return shipping. We are not obligated to arrange collection.
3. Processing window: Returns are only processed during business hours. Late submissions will be rejected.
4. Used/damaged goods: Used or damaged items are non-returnable.
5. Remedies: Claims are limited to reprints or refunds. We are not liable for consequential financial losses.

Refund Guidelines:

Refunds may take up to 1 month due to verification processes. Incorrect application details will delay processing. A HK$20 administrative fee applies. We reserve final discretion on disputes.

The Chinese version of these terms shall prevail. We reserve the right to amend policies without prior notice.
